Paris was a blast! Here’s how I shopped for it.
Paris is my favorite city in the world for so many reasons. The art and the architecture alone are enough to make my heart skip a beat. The hotels and the food are amazing too!! Last time I went to Paris, I visited in the summer time. The high season. Busy busy! This time I went in November when it is much colder and slower. I liked the pace, but I had to pack extra layers! If you’ve been to Paris (or anywhere in Europe) you know that you do A TON more walking overseas than you do stateside. So explore the options with me as I show you what I looked at, and what I ultimately packed for my recent trip to Paris.
First are foremost, you NEED a good walking shoe. I’m a boot lover so of course I had to throw in some boots too. But I mainly wore my Dr. Scholl’s sneakers. GASP. Yes. Dr. Scholl’s. They’ve come a long way and I was shocked how stylish and comfortable they were. It felt like I was walking on clouds! Which is great when you opt to walk up the steps on the Eiffel tower. I ended up buying the brown faux leather jacket from Abercrombie and packed an old black winter trench that I had in the closet. That way I could choose if I wanted to dress in the brown or black category for the day. I packed my super affordable amazon shades, a cozy hat and tons of cozy sweaters for layering.
All in all, you can’t go wrong when you go to Paris. Just be sure to pack a good pair of walking shoes and warm coat if you go in the winter time. You won’t regret it. I promise.
Because Paris is my favorite city, I decided to make a “Paris Guide” E-booklet that lists all of my favorite hotels, restaurants, tips and tricks for museums and getting round the city. It is 61 pages long and I put so much thought into it. I wanted to make a perfect Paris Guide for both the first timer and the veteran. I put in my favorite little secret spots like a tea shop and a taxidermy shop! There is something for everyone in this digital download PDF. I promise you will love it! I even included a custom map of Paris where I highlight my favorite places and things. I made it with love. I hope you enjoy it and I hope it helps you feel confident and have a memorable time in Paris.
OUR PARIS GUIDE E-BOOK IS AVAILABLE FOR SALE!
