PROJECT SUMMARY:

This development consists of one clubhouse, seven apartment buildings, a bike shop and a pet spa. The Heartland Interior Design was hired by the developer and worked closely with the project architect and the general contractor to ensure that both the aesthetic and functional goals of the project were met. This project was deeply inspired by Nebraska’s landscape, the state flag, and the people of Nebraska. You will find local Nebraskan details throughout, and many custom pieces that were handmade by local artists and craftsmen.
