The goal of this tenant renovation was to transform this basic shell into a lush storefront that felt like you were inside a whimsical retail forest. We accomplished this by coating the retail side in a deep green color. The paint covered all the plumbing and HVAC layers on the ceiling which camouflaged them into an overhead dimensional canopy. New lighting was added to properly highlight product and the point of sale. Partition walls were added to create multiple spaces and intentional reveals were left in order to see from the retail space into the classroom. We also helped create a prep and classroom space for floral arranging. What was once a bland box is now a rich environment for customers to experience.
